I hereby give notice of the Annual General Meeting of Hunter Christian Churches Football Incorporated.
Date: Tues 7 February, 2012
Time: At the conclusion of the Association Council Meeting commencing at 8pm (AGM at approx 9pm)
Venue: Hamilton Baptist Church, 108 Lindsay Street, Hamilton
Proposed Agenda
- confirm the minutes of the last AGM;
- discuss any business arising from those minutes;
- present the accounts of the Association for the financial year 2011;
- elect Office Bearers and Committee Members;
- consider fees for the 2012 Season.
We have not received any notice of motions to be discussed at the AGM within the required timeframe.
Can I ask that those considering nominating for positions on the Management Committee notify the Assoc Secretary or myself by January 31.
There are seven (7) positions on the Management Committee as per Fair Trading requirements including:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Registrar
- Fixtures Officer
- Disciplinary Chair
Please note the change in time of the meeting. The church is hired weekly by another group and they have extended their hours to 8pm. I know this will disappoint many, but it means we will have to tighten up our business to finish earlier. ;-)
